How Do I Place An Order?

Clicking on the SHOP button above will take you to our online store. Each available product will appear in the list, simply choose all the things you want, add them to your cart and checkout. We will do the rest, the awesome products you've selected will be created, customized and shipped right to your doorstep.

Payment and Shipping

We support payments using Credit Card, Square and PayPal, simply choose your preferred method during checkout from our store. Once you've submitted your order, we will get busy creating your product, prepare it for shipping and then notify you as soon as it's left our offices and is on the way to you!

Rest assured, we will work closely with you during the design and creation process to make sure you are getting EXACTLY what you want. We will reach out via eMail, instant messaging, facebook or smoke signal to provide you with updates throughout the process to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the end product.

If you are local (eg. Kankakee County) then please use the coupon code LOCAL when ordering and there won't be a shipping charge calculated during checkout if we've discussed delivery or meeting.

Through the magic of technology, you are able to pay for your purchase with credit card, PayPal and square, as well as good old paper money (or coins), provided you are able to do so in person. Just choose the option that works best for you during the checkout process and we'll get the ball rolling!

Returns & Refunds

We will be happy to refund your money for any product that you order, receive and are not absolutely 100% happy with. Before you request a refund however, we urge you to reach out and let us know what's wrong. We will do everything in our power to make things right.

Any products that we make for you, provided they are not offensive, will be displayed in our gallery page. If you prefer not to have your custom work displayed in our gallery, just let us know. Also, we will not share your name, eMail address, number or any other personal information without your express permission.
